GMAT Score for Experienced Hire Entry-Level MBB

Hey everyone,

I am undergrad Class of 2017 so currently have about one year of work experience. I am interested in applying to MBB for their undergrad role (Business Analyst/Associate/Associate Consultant) this fall, and I was wondering if taking the GMAT this summer, scoring well, and putting it on my resume will help me obtain an interview? I assume it wouldn't hurt but would a 740+ play a big factor in helping me get an interview? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, thank you so much for the quick response. I took the ACT and scored pretty well so I can include that as well. Were you also an experienced hire? Did you network with school alumni? I went to a semi-target for some of MBB, so there's a couple of alumni at each, but I wasn't sure if I should just randomly email them. Also, I heard Bain doesn't really do experienced hires for associate consultants? Have you heard that as well?
