Help Me Pick A College Please. Deadline is next week. Looking at consulting rn.

Hey WSO,

I'm a HS senior admitted to study econ/finance at: Northwestern, Claremont Mckenna, Emory (Goizueta), Middlebury, Boston College (Caroll), Tufts, IU (Kelley), and UIUC (Gies). All schools - Kelley are around 25-30k to attend post financial aid. Kelley is the exception at 50k. Im looking to get into Consulting atm and might consider other finance positions in the future. What are your guys' thoughts for a well-rounded college experience without sacrificing too much prestige to break into the industry? Any comments are appreciated.

Thanks!

hey man, im not from the US but based on what people say here (and Ive read my share of threads) 'id say: NW>Emory>others. Please look up peole from MBBs on linkedin and try and see the compisition of consultants from the different schools there. also try and look how many events the university hosts with these firms and wether there is OCR. hope it helped

Northwestern and Emory are great. They should land you where you want realistically. However, you can only go to one place so might as well chose Northwestern
