Heard that the Bain office at Dallas was very different from all the other Bain offices in terms of culture. Why? What is it like? Have an offer, so I'd like to know.

Viewed as being the most family friendly. Not to say other offices aren't. But there are things like families being invited to in office events, annual off-site, etc. which aren't as typical elsewhere in the system.
They're extremely friendly. They're understanding with time-off requests and allowing for family time. Congrats on your offer- I'd say take it and don't look back.
They wear cowboy boots and drink Shiner.

Lot of BYU alumni there. Having a decent number of Mormon teetotalers around will add a different flavor to your office culture.
Wait, really? Why are there lots of BYU alums in Dallas? I don't drink, so I don't really mind.
It's hardly a majority or anything, but I'm pretty sure BYU is a target school for the Bain Dallas office specifically. Go on LinkedIn, and filter for BYU and Bain. You'll see a lot of people with "Dallas/Fort Worth area" on their profiles.
