Viewed as being the most family friendly. Not to say other offices aren't. But there are things like families being invited to in office events, annual off-site, etc. which aren't as typical elsewhere in the system.
They're extremely friendly. They're understanding with time-off requests and allowing for family time. Congrats on your offer- I'd say take it and don't look back.

Lot of BYU alumni there. Having a decent number of Mormon teetotalers around will add a different flavor to your office culture.

It's hardly a majority or anything, but I'm pretty sure BYU is a target school for the Bain Dallas office specifically. Go on LinkedIn, and filter for BYU and Bain. You'll see a lot of people with "Dallas/Fort Worth area" on their profiles.
