How long to accept an offer?
I have a quick question. How long do you typically have after receiving an offer to decide if you are going to take it or not. Wondering about a lot of companies so if anyone knows anything would be super helpful.

It varies by firm. Unless they specifically give you an expiration date or ask you on the spot if you accept the offer or not, you usually have a couple of days to two weeks. When I was recruiting for IB SA I asked the recruiter if I could have until the end of the week to think it over (was just waiting to hear back from two other EBs) and that was fine. If it's an exploding offer then you should accept. Also you are going to want an offer letter as soon as possible, verbal offer doesn't mean shit.
Really depends. I've had a month (HR was disorganised) and a couple weeks. But also heard 48 hour deadlines.
How do consulting firms stack up? Is there a time limit for accepting the offer at MBB? How big a time frame is it?
