IBM CbD GBS Interview ERP

Hello Everyone,

I have an in person interview with IBM GBS coming up in the next few for Enterprise Applications Consultant (SAP, Oracle, Watson) and I have a few questions.

It's 2 behavioral interviews and 1 case interview.

Has anyone interviewed specifically for the ERP branch and know what type of questions I might be asked in relation to these applications? Will the case interview be related to ERP applications?

And does anyone have any suggestions about what to read up on in relation to IBM and ERP to ace this interview?

Hi there!

Congratulations on your interview! I worked with IBM CbD this past summer, however not in an ERP role but I have an understanding of the interview process.

The case is often market sizing and very simple compared to MBB so if you have been doing MBB or complex cases, you should be fine. However, it may also be ERP focused so look up some of those cases prior.

Behavioral were very story driven so be prepared to have 3-5 specific stories based on your resume and past experience!

PM if you need anything else! GOOD LUCK :)
