Hi - I was recently notified that I've been placed on a waitlist after my final round interview with LEK for a FT position and was told I'll receive a final decision within 2 weeks. Was wondering if people have experiences w/ LEK's waitlist specifically and knew what the odds are of getting an offer are? Would really appreciate any feedback about waitlist experiences across the board as well (not just LEK). Thanks!

I was on a waitlist of a T2 firm and got the offer. For me, it took a lot longer than 2 weeks, and pretty much everyone at the firm I talked to didn't even know there was a waitlist for candidates. From my experience, I would say it's hard to give you an exact % likelihood of getting an offer - just keep interviewing like the offer letter won't come
Appreciate the input - that's what I figured, just that it would sort of depend on how many people said yes/no who got offers. Is there anything you'd recommend to improve my odds/standing on the waitlist?
