London consulting comp benchmarking

After 1 year in a London boutique I got promoted from Junior Consultant to Consultant, and my total comp increased from £45k to £50k per year - how does that measure up to your experience?

Context: the boutique in specialised in a specific niche, and I joined as a new graduate with little prior experience

One of my mates started out at Strategy& at c.50k with 5k signing bonus. He was a generalist but on the deals consulting side.

Here are some that i’ve collected throughout the years:

Bain: 55k
EYP: 50kAccenture Strat: 33.5k
LEK: 50k
OC&C: 54k
