Looking For A Bainee

Which one did you get an interview from--Bain & Co or Bain Capital? Completely different companies.

Bain & Co (I'm an undergrad).

Maybe you could just ask your question on the board - that is, after all, the point of the board, and there a shitload of people on here (myself included) who have been through the Bain interview process, even if they work somewhere else.

They're going to ask you cases, man, and basically nothing else. You don't even need to know that Bain & Co is a different company from Bain Capital to get a job there.

I was mainly after more info about the actual culture at the firm, the perks/benefits, how quickly you get exposure and to what types of projects, what locations are good/what ones are developing and so on. There is plenty of info on the recruitment process but I wanted some inside info on what its really like to work there as I'm considering options at the moment.

yeah but why should that be private when it could be left here for the rare few who know how to use the search function

Try asking alumni from your school. You can find that by searching Bain's career website or linkedin. Probably a better idea than asking strangers whom you can't even verify are actually from Bain.

lol no it was more to get a real insight to how the firm is.... i actually am summering at another firm and people are calling me mad for wanting to swap to Bain hence I wanted someones opinion on it.
