made it to bain final round - my odds?
Hey everyone,
I'm just wondering if anyone knows what percentage of final round candidates get an offer. My interview's a week away and I'm going nuts thinking about it.

For my local office 5 offers / 8 final rounders
yeah, that's about what i figured. are final rounds much different than first rounds in terms of what is actually covered in the interview? both of my first rounds were with consultants and were about 85% case and 15% personality. my finals are with 2 managers and a partner - should i expect the same case difficulty and case/personality breakdown?
