Management vs Business Economics degree

I have been offered to transfer to two degrees at a semi-target for my second year of university in the UK, those degrees being: Business Management and Business with Strategic Economics (a very fluffy way of saying business economics). I really prefer the strategic economics degree, but I’m worried it sounds so fluffy on a CV. I have strong ECs, and decent networking skills, and I am already involved in a few societies that are relevant to consulting. I’m aiming for strategy or management consulting. Any advice?
