MBB Consulting Partner Comp at International Offices?

I’ve seen some comp stats for MBB consulting partners in the US, but curious if anyone has any figures for MBB partners in other international offices? Curious to hear about Europe or APAC regions in particular (in developed countries specifically)

For M, comp is fully globally standardized at the senior partner level. It's not standardized at the partner level, so you would see lower compensation in Europe compared to the US. During the typically 6 years people stay partner it gradually converges, i.e.a US partner would have lower raises than a European partner, so that they end up at the same level at senior partner election

 

There is a super wide range depending on personal rating, tenure, and whether the firm has a good year. Compensation increases during the first 6 years of senior partner tenure, after that stays flat. 

For a tenured senior partner, 3-5 million would be most common in a strong year for the firm, down to 1 million for a partner rated issues, and up to 6-8 million for office managing partners, Global practice heads etc.
