Hey all,
Is it possible to get hired as a specialist if you have years of experience in consulting for a specific industry? For example, would someone with 5 years of experience in pharma/biotech consulting be hired as a generalist consultant or would they be put in a life sciences team right away? Does any of the MBB firms have specialist roles like that?
