MBB international office language requirement
How strict is the language requirement for international offices? Are daily tasks/presentations done with the local language? I am particularly interested in China and Japan.
I've been to several info events hosted by MBB in China. I can confirm that fluency in Mandarin is a must. A few partners in MBB China offices don't even speak fluent English.
Can confirm Japan also has strict language requirements. Now, to what extent you have to be fluent I don't know - in many European MBB offices knowing the local language at a B2/C1 level should do but I'm unsure for Japan/China.
Can also confirm MBB offices in China require you to be fluent in Mandarin.
