I have a friend interviewing for a lateral with one of the MBB's, (Bain in particular) in Toronto. He's interviewing at a few other places, one of which told him that he'd make roughly the same amount there as he would at Bain.
Does anyone have numbers for first and second year all-in comp for their associate consultants right out of undergrad?
