Middlebury for Consulting

Hi everyone,

I have gotten into Middlebury for 50,000 right now and need to decide whether to stick with it or not. If I get into economics or consulting, is the ROI high. Plz help me out!

Based on the most helpful WSO content, Middlebury is a strong liberal arts school, but its placement into top consulting firms (like MBB) or high-paying economics roles may not be as direct as from target schools with established pipelines. However, Middlebury alumni have successfully broken into consulting, often leveraging the school's strong alumni network and their own networking efforts.

The ROI depends on your ability to secure internships, network effectively, and position yourself for competitive roles. If you can land a consulting role, the ROI could be high, but it may require more effort compared to attending a traditional target school for consulting. If you have other options or are considering schools with stronger consulting pipelines, it might be worth comparing them.
