NYU CAS Econ vs McGill Desautels Commerce for consulting?

I’m an incoming freshman and I’m trying to choose between NYU Econ in their College of Arts & Sciences and McGill University’s Commerce program in Canada.

I’m aiming to work in consulting or accounting in the U.S. but I’m an international student (Canadian passport). I’m also in NYU’s liberal studies program where I spend the first year in their Washington DC campus and then matriculate into CAS in my sophomore year. I’m planning to transfer internally or at least minor in Stern, but I’ve heard it’s difficult.
