Off-Cycle MBB Interviewing
I recently quit my job at a macro hedge to pursue another career path, and I've come to think management consulting is what I want to pursue, since I'm excited about working with real businesses, think the quality of life is actually better, and has less narrow exit options.
It seems 1.5 years of experience isn't exactly enough to be considered "experienced" for MBB, so I'm curious if I'd need to take part in the college recruiting cycle. Perhaps I could network my way into an interview? Any advice would be super helpful!
