Oliver Wyman Diversity Leadership Summit 2024
Has anyone heard back from Oliver Wyman in regards to the 2024 diversity leadership summit? I know the applications closed a week ago but im interested if anyone has heard back. I saw there was a post in regards to the 2023 one so I thought I would do one for 2024.
Haven't yet, but following this- do you know if there's a certain date to hear back by/timeline?
I remember the app saying we will hear back late March. Did you read the one from last year? Seemed like a decent amount of people got rejected.
Oh interesting, so maybe an update by the 31st at the latest? Did just check it out, does seem like a lot- hopefully they've expanded the program to help more students experience it
I got my acceptance earlier this week
I read last year they released acceptances kind of scattered so hoping for the best! When did you apply and any previous consulting experience?
I applied a while back, around when they opened apps? Some minor consulting experience through clubs at school, but nothing too serious. Good luck, I hope you get it!
I wonder if they’ll even send rejections or just ghost people
If you look at the 2023 form it seems like they sent rejections last year. But since they sent out acceptations already they might be ghosting people lol. If I dont hear back by April 1 im just assuming I got rejected lol.
The language in the application email “If you are selected for further consideration, we will be in touch shortly.” makes me suspect they are going the ghosting route
I haven't heard anything back yet. I'm wondering if it's worth it to comment on the post a recruiter posted to ask if decisions have been sent out yet. Just don't want to be ghosted.
So im just curious, who did get into this? I def got rejected because I haven't heard anything but only one person responded out of like 6 people saying they got in.
