OW Work/Life Balance and lifestyle
Hi, very curious if anyone with experience working at OW could speak to the work life balance and lifestyle of entry level consultants. I will be starting within the next 6-9 months or so (if they ever give us our start dates) and I'd like to better understand what weekdays and weekends look like in the first couple years. Am I in the office until 8 every night? Do I have to work weekends? When I leave the office is there a clear separation of work life and personal life? Is it fun or do you get really tired by the end of it?
Any feedback or advice would be greatly appreciated.
