Philosophy Major, Consulting Hopeful; What Do I Do?!?

I am a third year student at a (barely) semi-target school hoping to enter consulting after graduation.

As of today, I am a philosophy major, without any relevant minors.

As of now, all I have going for me is a full ride academic scholarship to the school, a 4.0, two independent summer research projects (unpublished, not very rigorous, but interesting) that we’re funded by my scholarship program, and three years in the school mental health awareness club with a secretary position. That’s it.

In deciding how to turn my college career around, I am torn between switching my major to Math-Econ or sticking to my Philosophy major and taking an Econ or Comp Sci minor, with the hopes of maybe doing a Masters in Management?

If I switch to Math-Econ, I’ll probably have to take a semester off to relearn Calc I and II (I originally took them in 11th grade). The semester off would also give me some time to relearn Spanish. It should also give me an extra summer for internships.

Finally would the Peace Corps help me / hurt me following either of these plans of action? I will do the Peace Corps at some point, just for the experience, but if it would help to do it right after graduation, I wouldn’t mind the boost.

Any other suggestions or plans of action I haven’t thought of are welcome.
