I think no one is actually replying, because the decision is so clear: OW is one of the Top Management Consulting Firms with a lot of prestige and nice Exit Ops. Also they are said to have one of the best work cultures.
Non S& PwC Consulting is also OK, but not even in the same league. Actually you would have been accused of trollIng if you had asked that question on a Central European Forum xD
Sign that OW offer and run!
Dude the options are clear, if you're ambitious and career driven go to OW. If you're already seeking less stressful opportunities before you've started, you might want to reevaluate your whole career plan. All power to you either way.

I completely understand that. I just wanted to emphasise the huge gap between those firms. At the MBB I work at practically a third of my practice group got poached from OW recently. This included people on all levels. A lateral like this is pretty much impossible from Big4s (except for maybe Deloitte).
.
Would agree go for OW, I interviewed with both. The caliber of candidates and the individuals I met at OW were certainly a league above PwC MC. You'll have far more learning opportunities at OW and they also have a pretty cool secondment-type program which your able to take on if that peeks your interest.
OW for career growth
PwC if you want to work 9-6 / 9-7
PWC MC (non-Strat&) and OW are totally different options.
OW is a top tier strategy consulting firm modeled after MBB. Expect higher compensation, a much shorter path to partner, more intense work/life balance and much better and broader exit ops.
The only plus for PWC MC in this scenario is the shorter hours. The good strategy work at PWC (and the perks along with it, i.e. salary/bonus/accelerated career growth) has been consolidating into Strategy&
PwC Consulting is pretty much a joke, just look at the mess during Oscars. OW offers great compensation and reasonable work life balance, from what I understood with my interviewers and contacts.
There is also some transition from an FS focus to other sunrise industries :)
From a target campus recruiting perspective, OW has the reputation of a top firm, just outside of MBB. They give out relatively few first-round interviews, much less than MBB.
They've emphasized a desire to expand outside of FS and develop their advanced analytics capabilities (OW Labs). Pretty small firm, but good culture.
They do however have a reputation of working their analysts hard... FS projects can be pretty grueling and long-hours.
