I just got an offer from BCG, and have final round McKinsey on Friday. Would it be tacky/inappropriate to mention my BCG offer to my McKinsey interviewers? Would mentioning it make them more likely to give me an offer? Or might they be less likely to extend an offer since I already have one?
In my view, mentioning it doesn't do much good at this stage. You could mention it after the interview so they get back to you quicker or through salary negotiations (within reason), but outside of shortening recruitment timeline and leverage for offer letters, it doesn't serve much utility.
If someone said during an interview I have an offer from your direct competitor, and then proceeded to perform poorly in the interview, then that would give even more incentive to not extend an offer. In contrast, if that same candidate killed it and mentioned he/she had an offer from the direct competitor, it would compel the team to extend one to counter.
do not mention it in the interview unless your interviewer asks
after your interviews are done, email recruiting to let them know you're sitting on a BCG offer. if you're on the edge (maybe 1 partner liked you and other was ambivalent) knowing you have a cross offer could very much tip you over into offer territory. I'm involved with recruiting at my MBB, and i can tell you we very much care about cross offers, and we keep track of this information closely. MBB see each other as peer firms, so if you've managed to impress one of them, that's a positive signal for the other 2. McK would not miss a chance to steal talent from BCG if they could. at the very least, you can leverage your offer to get a faster answer. that's always worth it, in my opinion.

Depends on how you do it but it'd likely be tacky and decrease your shot at an offer.
