Based on the most helpful WSO content, there isn't specific information about Strategy& Deals Strategy Winter 2025/Spring 2026 applications. However, here are some relevant insights from similar threads:

  1. Big 4 Consulting Positions:

    • A user mentioned receiving a rejection from KPMG for a full-time consulting position without an interview about 10 days after applying.
  2. CapitalOne FT - BA and Strategy Associate:

    • A user reported hearing from a friend about receiving an R1 (Round 1) for strategy. Another user mentioned that applications are rolling, but it's unclear if invites are sent individually or in batches.
  3. General Recruiting Timelines:

    • For Lazard's IB 2020 Summer Analyst programs, there was an early application program with a deadline in the first week of April, followed by interviews/superdays in May/June, and another regular application program with interviews in the fall.

If you are looking for updates on specific application timelines or responses, it might be helpful to keep an eye on similar threads or directly reach out to recruiters for the most accurate information.

Just got my rejection this morning after taking SHL on the 15th.

What kinda rankings were you given on your feedback report? (specifically cognitive?) Interested to hear this, esp anyone who’s landed an interview

I don’t think we (ever) receive feedback on those assessments? Also, wasn’t it just behavioral & not fully fleshed out SHL? I also don’t think the apps were posted on the 15th so are u talking about something else?

It was an email with a link to a feedback report very soon after I got my rej. It was just a 1 to 5 ranking (‘least likely’ to ‘most likely’) of assessed competencies. From the looks of it, all were based on the personality questions except ‘cognitive’, which was based on the full-fat SHL test (Interactive G or whatever it’s called).

For clarity, this was for the 25/26 graduate role at S&’s London office.
