Ballpark £45-50k base, £5-10k bonus for year 1. Post MBA should be about £85k base, £20-40k bonus. At least if in line with MBB which I suspect to be the case

Do post-MBAs enter at Sr. Associate level or Manager level?

A bit confused because the timeline from Associate to Senior Associate seems to be between 1.5 to 2 years, which is a lot shorter than post-MBA level at MBB, typically 3 years of experience with the title 'Consultant'.

I'm post-MBA at S& London. The above numbers look generally correct. It may be that we should push for a review of comp, though it doesn't look like the numbers are that far apart. Our US firm recently (2018?) benchmarked and increased post-MBA comp to be slightly (insignificantly) higher than MBB. The thinking is that the choice between the firms shouldn't be about compensation, one way or the other.

As far as COVID performance, we've had no layoffs. We just finished our year-end appraisal and had some early promotes. We don't have bonus numbers yet, but it's been informally communicated that I won't be disappointed (US was funded 50% of target). This wouldn't have happened in the Booz days. Scale matters a lot in this business, in good times and bad.
