T2 Consulting London vs Regional MBB

Hello! Am extremely blessed but currently deciding between offers from a T2 firm in London (LEK, OC&C, EYP) for VS MBB in my home country, both for a summer internship

Conversion is very likely for both, however I am uncertain in the long term where I want to be (London vs Home), and want to keep my options as open as possible 

Would love to get some opinions on my current thoughts

1) If I were to choose to try to re-recruit for MBB London for a grad role after, how should I weigh both experiences for re-recruiting? Does the brand name of MBB (home) largely exceed any benefit of working in T2 Consulting London, or is it very marginal? Does this opinion differ between HR vs consultants 

2) Based on a brief scroll on LinkedIn, I know many people make the jump to MBB in the 1st / 2nd year of work from a large variety of backgrounds. Know this is largely anecdotal but how difficult / easy is it to make the jump from T2 to MBB? Are there specific experiences (i.e. there's always a demand for consultants with XXX work or being good at DDs), or other ways to improve the odds or is it largely back down to fundamental casing etc
