Target UK universities for Consulting

Hello,

This year I'll start university, and I've received an offer from King's College London for Business Management. Ultimately I want to know if KCL is a target school for management consulting (bearing in mind it has a new business school). I also got an offer from Warwick for Accounting and Finance, but I didn't really enjoy the environment there so I'm not too keen on it. So I think it comes down to this: What are the UK universities targeted for management consulting? Thanks for the help!!

KCL business school has potential to become a target/strong semi-target in the next 2-3 years but as of now they're riding on the value the overall KCL brand has in the UK (unlike WBS which has a better rep than Warwick uni alone). Warwick is an IB target and less of a target for MC than KCL. As of right now I would say the UK targets are: Oxbridge, LSE, LBS, Imperial and UCL.

This is spot on.

Those 5 make up the vast majority (like 85-90%+) of british university grads. On top of those, you get people from Bristol, Edinburgh, Bath, Durham, Warwick, Exeter, KCL, York etc show up but in small numbers - aka other good unis.
