How is Capco's reputation vs other consulting firms such as big 4?

Hey, Capco is pretty reputable as a top firm specializes in technology and financial service client portfolio. several people I know usually exit into Oliver Wyman or Deloitte after about 6-12 months. They have two primary teams: their business analyst team and business systems analyst f that both give great exposure. one typically focuses more on data analytics and needs a more technical background in that regard, but they’re pretty flexible with their assignments. Overall, great firm if you’re interested in Fingtech work.
Capco is a basically an implementations consulting firm that focuses on financial services. Pay is pretty shit at 70K all-in.
