Time to Get Results from Deloitte First Round Interview

I applied through the grad recruitment program. A week later I was called in. Had a case and behavioral interview with two different people. Toward the end of my second interview the guy mentioned I should hear back by Friday or earl next week. How long does it usually take for people who successfully make it to the next round?

How long does it take to hear back from Deloitte Interview?

The time to hear back from a Deloitte first round interview can be based on a variety of different things such as whether or not it was OCR or whether it was a phone interview arranged by connections rather than the formal process. There can also be a difference depending on whether Deloitte is waiting to review more candidates. Our users shared that wait times can be between 5 - 6 hours or up to 3 months. You will most likely hear back the same day or the next day.

"Harvester - Consulting Analyst"Depends on when the 2nd round interview is. However, you can hear back as early as 5 to 6 hours after your interview.

"Sikes"I had friends who did OCR and they heard back in time frames ranging from that day to within a week. I had friends who were referred by current employees and they didn't have OCR and it took between 2 weeks and 3 months. The 3 months waiting for the second round was because they interviewed early summer initially and then had to wait for everyone else to be interviewed.

Sorry this is late but maybe it's still helpful. I had friends who did OCR and they heard back in time frames ranging from that day to within a week. I had friends who were referred by current employees and they didn't have OCR and it took between 2 weeks and 3 months. The 3 months waiting for the second round was because they interviewed early summer initially and then had to wait for everyone else to be interviewed.

Another data point, both 1st rounds and 2nd rounds for me (OCR) took less than 8 hours to hear back from. Best of luck.

So it's almost been 72 hours since my intervew, and I haven't received an offer or denial email. Should I assume that I didn't get picked for the job?
