Top books to read for Strat Consultants?

Any experienced strat consultants here have advice about reading certain books that helped them with their mindset and career progression? There's some famous Mckinsey ones but I've heard they're over hyped and just self congratulatory pieces on the firm.

Not really. What you need to do to progress is usually laid out pretty clearly once you're working somewhere, and you should be mentored by those above you in the firm once you're there and as you progress through the ranks

Honestly it can be annoying working with people who are really into self help books because there's a good chance they come off as fake / manipulative, I don't personally think there's much value in them for most people
