Vague McKinsey feedback after Superday - How do I interpret this?

I applied as a BA to McKinsey and got through to the final superday. I got a call a day after telling me that I didn't make it. When I asked for feedback, the only thing they said was "we felt that in the long run it's not going to work out." When i pushed for further feedback, all I got were paraphrased versions of that. How should I interpret this? They didn't hire anyone for that office this cycle.

Seems a bit unprofessional for McKinsey to not give you some more specific feedback. Of course, they are a business and really do not care about those they do not need. Win by getting a position that would hire a consultant someday and select another company.
