What are the expectations of someone who's worked in strategy consulting for 4 months?

I feel like I am underperforming in my role and wanted to hear from experienced strategy consultants what the expectations are of an undergrad hire 4 months into the role.

Specifically, I've been told I'm not the best at seeing the big picture and include too much information on slides/notes for that reason. I also need to spend more time learning PPT and Excel, and I work too slowly at times.

That being said, people say that I have a good attitude toward the work, work hard, and take feedback very well (without being defensive).
