What is the portrait of someone who gets most of offers?

I have always believed that the job market is almost the same as the dating market, that the top 20 percent will get the 80 percent's positive feedback/responses. Regardless of background, there are some personal traits that make it easier for a person to win the job offer. What's your observation about these people? My observation is that this person(male) is usually average in physique, maybe more on the skinny side, he does not show any aggressiveness on appearance, is somehow eloquent and favored by ppl who are older(usually older men) since his childhood.

Wtf kind of question is this??

1 the job market is not the same as the dating market in the sense that you’re not being hired for your good looks

2 rich people come in a ton of different shapes and sizes

3 how is this information supposed to be actionable/helpful—are you gonna get plastic surgery or something?

Tbh may be true to a certain extent here. I interviewed with majority of a certain race and nerd/jock type of people (majority not all) in a superday and kind of fell into their bucket and got an SA offer. It could also have been just fit as I had common topics to talk about with them but again that could fall into nerd/jock bucket
