What are the key skills that have been the drivers of your career success?
There's a great book I recently read by Cal Newport which argues that the most reasonable way to have a successful career is to find what skills you need to be good at in order to succeed, and direct as much of your time and attention to deliberately getting better at those skills as possible. It seems pretty obvious on the face of it, but I'm looking to formalize the process a little bit and figure out which skills I'm going to be working towards improving (I'm new in the industry). For those of you with a few more years of experience, which key skills have been the biggest drivers of your success? Either hard or soft skills
