What should I expect for FP&A Manager Interview Case Study/Exercise at MM non-audit firm?
I come from industry FP&A/Strat Finance positions and I am in the interview process for an FP&A Manager role (relatively new 5 yr old practice in the firm). This is my first time interviewing for consulting so I don't know what to expect.
I have lots of hands on complex revenue modeling and 3 statement model experience in addition to cohort analysis, GTM forecasting, etc. Have supported Seed - Series B raises and also led BOD reporting.
What type of case study/excel exercise should I be expecting? Sounds like it'll be timed for 2.5 hours. Is it more of an exercise to prove Excel expertise? Or more so just 3 statement modeling based on assumptions?
