Which Universities are pipelines for MBB Middle East?
Basically, MBB middle east gets its consultants either from AUB ( a local target) and Target European Universities. But are there some EU unis were recruiting to MBB ME is more established? if so, what are those unis?

Based on what I hear from recruiting events and reach outs there are:
Master programs: - UK: LBS, LSE - FR: HEC - ES: ESADE - CH: HSG - DE: WHU
MBA programs: - FR: INSEAD - UK: LBS - ES: IESE, ESADE
Bocconi also has a decent amount of alumni in MBB there, especially BCG.
Is it also possible to recruit at the undergraduate level?
When you're talking about undergrad recruiting, AUB usually takes the majority of spots .

ME offices are growing fast and looking for talent. You can pretty much assume that all targets for Western EU offices count as targets or semi-targets for the ME. They might not recruit directly on campus, but they will look at good profiles from RSM, CBS, EBS, etc. as well as the "usual suspects".
What about UK Semi Targets, like KCL, Edinburgh & Durham?

does ME recruit from UG from UK/EU unis or not ?
Just curious if Northwestern undergrad is viewed as a target since I applied to the internship at S& Middle East (not seriously looking into it). I did mention in my cover letter that I am fluent in a South Indian language spoken by a lot of people in the Middle East with limited understanding of another South Indian language spoken by even more people in the region lol.
Northwestern is a target (Kellogg is one of our target MBA programs as well).
Regarding South Indian languages - those are not viewed as a benefit at our office. Also please don't waste interviewers' time if you are "not seriously looking into it".
People should apply to whatever they want if they're considering it, even as backup of a backup. If you're interviewing people who might not be serious, then your screening/ HR/ first line of interviewers are not doing their job.
what about NYUAD? Is it a target for MBB/Big 4 in MENA?
