Working at Amazon [as a brand specialist]?
I recently began entertaining the idea of moving out of consulting, and ran across the Brand Specialist role at Amazon. I've been at a non-MBB firm for the past two years, and with the limited scope of work that we perform, felt like I was beginning to become "pingeoholed"
I was wondering if anyone was familiar with the role at Amazon, or had any insights on working at Amazon in general, preferably outside of a technical / engineering role.
IF you wan to work 80 hr work weeks, work on call 24/7 for 80 hours a week, get possibly pigeon holed. This might be exaggerated like some people talk up IB hour a bit.
I'm not trying to ruffle any feathers but the spelling of pigeon-holed in this thread has been terrible. It really is a birden being so clever sometimes.
