zeb (zeb/rolfes.schierenbeck.associates gmbh)

Hi guys,

Does any of you monkeys from Europe have any thoughts on zeb (and their management consulting), probably in Germany (Frankfurt)?
https://www.zeb.eu/

I know next to nothing about them. Only the stuff available from their webiste and wiwi-treff forums (German).
They contacted me several times now saying that they are very interested in my profile etc. but we had no srs talk yet.

Any thoughts about their reputation, exit opps, pay (and pay progression), b-school prospects, etc. are welcome.

What I have gathered so far (short summary):
- Continental Europe
- Banking, Insurance, Health Care
- Starting salary EUR 45-55k + EUR 5k bonus
- Very good culture and work-life balance

I am pretty sure that I want to do banking and my profile is IB oriented but wanted to give them a careful look.
I think that I could land an offer from MBBs if I were to focus on that so should I even be looking at zeb?
What are their advantages?

Thanks a bunch!

I know one of Rolfes' former doctoral students moved to the strategy department of a bank since he knew the DACH CEO (if I recall correctly) of a BB through events held by Rolfes' chair. Rolfes is supposedly renowned as far as financial services are concerned and hence well connected. So I guess they have a decent reputation and get projects from major industry players. Cannot compare them to other consultants, though...
