Anyone Heard Or Had Experience With McMaster-Carr Management Program? Got A Non-Tech Offer That Pay Significantly More Than MBB

Basically title. Just got a straight out of undergrad offer for almost 100k base salary with a profit-sharing bonus(based on company profit) ranging anywhere from 33%-50%(past two years had been 50%+) and a retirement plan that is 25% of total comp. Also 10k for relocation. Sounds way too good for a non-tech position so wondering if you guys know more about it?
