Hi All. I have a final interview (superday of sorts) with Barclays for a 2019 Treasury Analyst role (as I'm graduating in May) and was wondering if someone could tell me more about Barclays Treasury and what it entails. There isn't much info on the website so I'm doing research outside of that.
Also, they say I have 2 interviews that are 45 mins each. One is a values based interview (assume more fit and behavioral) while the other one is a business meeting of sorts (assuming more technical). Has anyone does this before and can give me some insight into this? Especially the business meeting and how I can prepare for it.
