Commercial Banking UK vs Corporate Banking USA
Can someone explain the difference between commercial banking in the UK and corporate banking in the USA? Is there a difference? I am a bit confused since commercial banking in the UK deals with large corporate firms ( more than $350m in revenue) and has a LevFin team and it seems like Corporate Banking in the USA does the same. Am I wrong?
