Corp dev interview 1-hour financial modeling test

Hello, I have a 1-hour corp dev financial modeling test coming up in the next couple days. The interviewer was relatively vague regarding the scope of the test. She mentioned three skills that are important to being successful during the test:

1. make sure to be comfortable putting together an income statement

2. be able to create data tables quickly and easily

3. be able to calculate and put together a WACC calculation data table quickly and easily.

Based on this information, and considering it is for a corp dev analyst role, does anyone have a good idea of what this test would be on, specifically? LBO model? DCF? accretion/dilution analysis? It's a one-hour test.

Thanks in advance!
