Hi all - I have a second round interview coming up for a corporate development associate position. I come from an M&A consulting background, so have more emphasis on market assessments etc, as opposed to core financial modelling skills. For my interview, they have said there will be a quick live case study - any idea on what that might entail? Any input greatly appreciated!

Went through multiple Corp Dev interviews before I landed my current role. Any time there was a case study (whether that was take home or in-person/live), it had to do with modeling (e.g., valuation, P&L build, etc). I'd suggest you get familiar with modeling asap just in case.
Thanks - appreciated! This is an interview online - any ideas of what modelling questions they may ask considering won't be building anything in excel etc. Would be more back of the envelope stuff.
