Corporate Development: how to talk about active sell-side process of my own company in interview

I work in corporate development and am working on an active sell-side process of my own company. Not knowing where this will end up, I want to consider other opportunities and start the interview process. I helped create the CIM / Model and have gotten some good experience out of it.

Is there any way to talk about any of this in an interview or on my resume without breaching confidentiality? Is this something I can only even mention after deal announcement? What if it dies without announcement, would I still not be able to talk about my experience since the fact that we tried to sell could be confidential? Appreciate any insight or thoughts.
