Corporate Development UK salary expectations
All, I recently received an offer for a Corp Dev Associate position at a PE backed tech company. There isn't much information on salary progression for the UK so I was hoping to get some guidance. I appreciate that it is difficult to compare since role titles tends to be quite variable compared to banking, but would be great to get some rough guidelines.
For context, I am an AN3 at a MM IB and was offered £70k + 20-30% bonus for the Corp Dev role. The progression at the company seems to be Associate -> Manager -> Director -> VP, there might also be an Analyst role but I'm not sure. I know that a VP from a MM IB joined as a senior Manager, if that helps to benchmark.
If anybody has any rough information of what to expect with regards to compensation progression that would be really helpful.
