Hey folks -
Moving from mid-office at top investment bank to Strategy at a regional bank. Projects are going to be internal consulting related to product offerings, new accounts, cards, and M&A activity for target banks. Good/bad/ok move to transition to MBB or other top consulting firm? What would you recommend as top ways to kill it in a strategy team at this type of firm to make that transition happen?

Has anyone ever started at an Internal Strategy Role for a F500 or F1000 company after undergrad? Why did you start there and where did you end up? I'm currently sitting on an offer, but I'm not sure if I would rather take it or move onto a tier 2 MC firm or boutique firm.
Any insights?
