CVS Health/Aetna FLDP
I recently received a HireVue interview request for CVS Health's FLDP.
- What types of questions will they ask? Examples?
- How in-depth will the behavioral / technical questions be?
- What would set me apart from other applicants?
- Any other relevant tips?

- What was your experience in this FLDP (or another)?
- What units were you assigned to, and did you have a choice?
- Do they offer relocation benefits / support?
- What is the all-in compensation?
- Was the program interesting and exciting?
- What are the exit opportunities like?
I just took their hirevue just for fun. Questions are pretty easy. Mostly fit plus 3 financial statements. Very relaxed hirevue. Folks who were reading the questions didn't look very excited. They come to my career fairs and as far as I know, they give hundreds of hirevues probably because turnover is high. You will be fine if show them that you are committed. Thanks for the comment! I actually just finished the interview yesterday. Not too bad at all. I assume that everybody gets the HireVue, which basically serves as a way for candidates to self-select. But I'm serious about getting into the program, so I hope that shows.
