Typically in Corporate Development, there is no Associate role, or Associate and Analyst are equivalent. There could be exceptions, but most hierarchies go like this: Analyst Senior Analyst Manager Senior Manager Director Senior Director Vice President

Could have Associate Vice President but most departments aren't large enough to have an AVP. Structure will typically follow the same structure as the rest of the company.
