Exit opportunities/career path from Treasury at BB

I recently got a summer analyst position at a BB (JPM/MS/GS)  in NYC for corporate treasury and capital planning. I'm hoping to get a return offer after the summer internship. So my question is, what's the typical career path and potential exit opportunities for treasury at a BB? What are the most lucrative groups/team within treasury? Is it asset-liability management, funds transfer pricing, hedging/derivatives, etc.

Basically my question is, what are the most lucrative opportunities I could get after a few years in treasury? Can I go into S&T, IB, etc.? Would it be best to stay in Treasury? Should I plan on getting an MBA?
