F500 specific industry exit opps

What would your opinions be of working at a company like John Deere Financial (or any other industry specific company) in either a credit/risk or FP&A capacity. What would exit opps be and how seriously would you be taken? Do they have such low turnover because of great culture/benefits or because exit opps are few and far between? You work in a very specific industry, in a very specific function but do get experience to deals in the multi millions in terms of credit analysis goes. How does this apply for similar F500 industry specific companies as well? Exit Opps?
