FLDP phone screen, what to expect?
I have a phone screen for an FLDP tomorrow and I'm slightly confused on what to expect. I know typically these are basic behavioral and fit questions, but before I was even offered a phone screen they gave me a pre-screening questionnaire asking about strengths/weaknesses, why 'x' company, leadership roles etc.
Do you think they'll ask essentially the same questions, and is there anything else I should prepare?
